I stronly encourage visiting Hormones by Design. I have had such a positive experience, I even had my mother start using their services and she's so excited after having he first visit.

I like coming here. They are fast. You are in and out with hardly any waiting. My doctor Katherine Brumley is excellent. The only thing I see needs improvement is the front desk reception area. She wants to hang up the phone immediately like she’s in a hurry or like she doesn’t want to work. Front desk can definitely have better patient care. And please answer your phones more. It takes me several several attempts to reach anyone. It’s very stressful when I have to get my prescription or if I’m running 5 min behind I can’t get a hold of anyone. Other than that, they are great !

I have been a patient for a number of years and I love this office and especially the lead Nancy Beebe. They take care of my wife as well. Very satisfied with our care.

I had some labs drawn and that new girl Sonia was amazing. She was gentle and was so respectful. She made me feel so calm. I highly recommend going here.

I have continued seeing Nancy at Hormones by Design for well over 10 years because she is an excellent provider. I have remained loyal even after moving to Austin and traveling for work because I genuinely value the care she gives. I have remained loyal even after moving to Austin and traveling for work because I genuinely value the care she gives. Unfortunately, the front office experience has consistently been the opposite. Yet again, I was met with a cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant attitude from the receptionist over the phone. This is not an isolated incident. Years ago, I even emailed Nancy directly regarding the tone and treatment patients were receiving from front desk staff. My daughter, who is also a patient there, has experienced the same thing and has commented on it herself. What is most concerning is that this issue appears to be well known. I recently saw another review from a long-term patient stating they were considering leaving Nancy’s care entirely because of the “snarky” and rude attitude from the front office after four years as a patient. At some point, management has to ask themselves: is the staff truly this unaware of how they come across to patients, or do they simply not care? People seeking hormone care are often already stressed, exhausted, emotional, or struggling with their health. The front desk is the first impression patients receive, and repeatedly being treated with irritation or hostility is unacceptable, especially in a practice that otherwise provides good medical care. Nancy deserves better representation, and patients deserve to feel respected when they call for help.
