Hormones Direct is our Tele-BHRT membership program designed for patients who prefer remote care and home delivery without compromising safety or personalization.

Unlike many telehealth programs, Hormones Direct is limited to injections only, reflecting HBD’s belief that injections are the superior and most effective form of hormone administration.

This program is also the future and growth model for HBD’s hormone therapy services. It provides the same level of quality care as in-office visits, simply delivered through telemedicine.

What the Membership Includes

• One monthly visit with your dedicated provider (the same provider each
  time)
• Access to 25 labs at no additional charge, drawn anytime you and your provider decide
• Monthly customized hormone injection shipped directly to your home

The process mirrors our in-office services. Once a patient calls to schedule, we immediately arrange lab testing three days before the provider appointment. Labs can be completed at the patient’s nearest draw station.

During the provider appointment, the patient’s lab results and symptoms are reviewed together to craft a personalized injection formula designed to alleviate their unique hormone imbalance symptoms.

After the appointment, the patient’s custom injection is shipped to their home with detailed instructions on how to safely self-inject and dispose of supplies.

This process repeats monthly until the patient reaches a stable dose and feels consistently well. Once stability is achieved, patients can go up to three months without a provider visit and receive up to three injections shipped in advance.
After that time frame, labs are checked again, and a follow-up visit ensures continued success and safety.

Throughout the process, patients have direct access to HBD’s receptionists and dedicated Medical Assistants for support and questions.
