Jocelyn Segal is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than three decades of nursing experience and over ten years as a trusted provider in primary and managed care. She now brings her passion for patient-centered, root-cause medicine to Forum Health Tampa, where she leads the clinic’s Hormone Injection Program for both men and women.
