Claire Heirman, FNP

Claire Heirman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping men and women achieve healthy aging and optimal hormone balance for improved vitality and overall well-being. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tulsa.

With extensive clinical experience in pediatric primary care, critical care, post-anesthesia care, and infusion therapy, Claire brings a strong foundation in acute and chronic care management to her patients. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners Association.

Claire’s approach to care is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. She is passionate about guiding her patients toward balanced health, supporting them in their journey to feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Clarie works in our San Antonio clinic and is accepting new patients for men and women.
